Terms of Use
Last updated: September 20, 2026
Doseg is made by Sustav.dev (Sustav LC). These terms apply to anyone who uses a Doseg workspace. While workspaces are by invitation, a customer may also have a written agreement with us; where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Your workspace and your data
Your workspace's data is yours. We process it only to run the service for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can delete your records, and you can ask us for a full copy of your database at any time.
You are responsible for the people you give accounts to, for keeping passwords and access tokens private, and for what is recorded in your workspace. Record only what you have a right to hold, and treat the personal details people share with you the way they would expect.
Sending email through Doseg
Email sent from your workspace is sent by you, from your own domain, and you are responsible for it. You agree to:
- Follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you write to, including CAN-SPAM in the United States: a true sender and subject, a postal address in every email, and a working opt-out.
- Email businesses about something relevant to their business. No purchased lists, no consumer marketing lists, no addresses harvested in breach of a site's terms.
- Leave Doseg's safeguards in place: the unsubscribe link, the do-not-email list, the daily limits, and the automatic hold after a spam complaint or a run of bounces.
We may pause sending from a workspace that draws spam complaints or puts the service's deliverability at risk, and we will tell you when we do.
Automated replies
Doseg uses an AI model to sort replies and to answer simple ones. It can be wrong. Anything it isn't confident about is held for a person, and automatic answers can be switched off for your workspace. You remain responsible for what is sent in your name.
Acceptable use
Don't use Doseg to break the law, to harass anyone, to store data you obtained unlawfully, to probe or disrupt the service, or to reach another customer's workspace.
Availability and changes
Doseg is a young product offered as it is. We work to keep it available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove features; we will give reasonable notice of anything that affects how you work. Either of us may end a workspace at any time; if we do, you will have at least 30 days to take your data with you unless the law or a serious breach of these terms requires otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sustav.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Doseg, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Doseg in the twelve months before the claim.
