Doseg · Croatian for “reach”

A CRM that remembers people, and reaches the ones you haven't met.

Most CRMs are a table of deals. Doseg starts from the company and the people in it, shows you their faces, remembers what they told you, and runs careful cold outreach that a person approves before it sends.

In daily use at Sustav since September 2026. New workspaces are by invitation while it is young.

Replied this morning: asks the price, and for a call on Tuesday.

Built around people

You recognise a face faster than you read a name.

So every list, search result and card leads with one. When there is no photo you get a coloured tile with initials, never a blank.

01

The company is the root

Open an account and everything hangs off it: the people, the deals, the tickets, the whole history. A contact can't float free of a company, by construction.

02

Relationship memory

Kids, partners, alma maters, anniversaries, what they're training for. Dates can be a month and a day with no year, because that is how you actually learn them. Reminders arrive before the day, not on it.

03

Gone quiet

Accounts nobody has touched in three weeks surface by themselves. A CRM that only nags about birthdays lets live deals rot.

04

Search that returns faces

Two letters and you get portraits with role, company, a one-line “who is this”, and any date coming up. People and companies together.

05

One form for a call

Log a call once and it writes the timeline entry, updates your read of the person, sets the follow-up task, and opens a deal only when they genuinely asked when you can start.

06

More than one thing to sell

Every company is tagged with the products it's a prospect or customer for, each with its own score and priority, fed by an API your own prospecting tools can write to.

Outreach, built in

Cold email that a person approves, and that knows when to stop.

Doseg writes each first email from the prospect's own words and holds it as a draft. Nothing goes out until someone has read it.

  • A missing fact holds the message. If the template needs their quote and Doseg doesn't have it, the email waits. It never sends a blank.
  • Replies are read and sorted: interested, a question, not now, wrong person, unsubscribe. Simple ones are answered; anything that needs judgment is held for you, with the reason.
  • “No” is final. An unsubscribe or a not-interested suppresses the address before anything else happens, and suppression is checked again at the moment of sending.
  • It protects your sending domain. A daily cap that ramps up over weeks, sends spaced minutes apart, and an automatic hold on a spam complaint or a run of bounces.

Needs you

What does it cost, and can you call me Tuesday?

A question. Asks the price and for a call on Tuesday. Held for a person: prices are yours to quote.

Yours alone

One customer, one database.

Doseg isn't one big table with your rows marked as yours. Each workspace has its own database, its own files and its own sending identity, at its own address: doseg.app/w/your-workspace. Another customer's query can't reach your prospects, because the connection it runs on has never heard of them.

What's live

Said plainly.

Doseg is young. This is what exists today and what doesn't yet.

The web app

Companies, people, relationship memory, reminders, deals, tickets, the call logger, search.

Live
Outreach

Sequences, drafts and approval, reply sorting, suppression, warm-up ramp and deliverability holds. Setting up a sending domain is done with you, by hand.

Live
Billing records

Records what your customers pay from your own payment processor's events. Doseg never touches a card.
